Call Centre Internship

What you'll do
- Engage with inbound and outbound applicants by phone
- Capture applications accurately on our CRM
- Explain loan options clearly and ethically
- Hand qualified leads to senior consultants
- Hit weekly call-quality and conversion targets
Who we're looking for
- South African citizen, matric (Grade 12)
- Fluent in English plus one SA language
- Confident, well-spoken phone manner
- Reliable, punctual, eager to learn
- No prior call-centre experience needed
